The Drop Bear: A Deadly Blow from Above
Among the koala population, rare individuals can be found with a weight exceeding 100 kilograms, sporting a brown coat with spotted patterns. But beware, for these are not koalas at all, but the Drop Bear, a carnivorous beast with a taste for blood. The name 'Drop Bear' is apt, as it ambushes its prey from above, crushing or knocking them unconscious with its massive weight before devouring them with razor-sharp teeth. Unwary tourists, drawn in by the koala's cute appearance, become the perfect prey. Locals, well-versed in the Drop Bear's dangers, rarely fall victim to its attacks. Although no fatalities have been officially reported, most of those who have suffered the Drop Bear's onslaught are indeed tourists.
